My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The location is superb, nestled right in the heart of the town and a stone's throw away from the beautiful Carmen beach. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff provided exceptional service. However, the dining offerings were a bit lacking, and I found some inconveniences in the facilities. Nonetheless, it's a great value for money.
